Main Courses (choose from the following options)

Stuffed Turkey breast with sautéed root vegetables. Served with herbed potatoes and Creamed chive onion sauce.
Old Fashioned pot roast with glazed pearl onions and green beans. Served with boiled potatoes garnished with parsley and beef au jous sauce
Pork roast with snap sugar peas, carrot sticks, whole boiled potatoes with parsley and butter sauce

Serrano Parma ham on seasonal ragout from fresh vegetables
Cold steamed salmon on crispy lettuce. Served with shrimp, fresh green asparagus, lemon, caviar, and home made tomato dressing
All appetizers are served with freshly home baked bread and butter.

Main Dishes (choose between)

Roasted Veal served with market fresh vegetables. Served with drippings au jous and butter fried sesame potatoes.
Braised fillet of beef with market fresh vegetables, robust red wine sauce, roasted  potato slides with Dijon mustard and fresh herbs, accented with Dijon mustard and fresh herbs. Two garnishes in Dijon cream sauce and chips accompany this dish.

Breaded Salmon in Phyllo pastry served with lobster-cognac sauce
Accompanied by fresh green asparagus with lime

Salmon stuffed lemon Sole over fresh greens, crabmeat, fresh green asparagus, lemon and herbed butter.
