The banquet facilities are all decorated with rich paneling toned and matched to the entire decor in the room. Each banquet room offers unlimited possibilities for company receptions, birthdays, corporate celebrations, weddings, confirmations or family celebrations. Both the food and wine menus offer a full spectrum of choices to create the setting for a wonderfully successful and memorable banquet experience.

In addition to stately and airy facilities for larger gatherings and cozy, intimate romantic settings we have a third option. Downstairs in Restaurant Madam Schiøtt you will find a charming restaurant offering delicious menus. Guests will not leave disappointed if they were hoping for a juicy steak of the highest quality organic beef complimented by fresh and deliciously prepared vegetables.

Total time for banquet facility service is seven hours. Midnight snacks are served one hour before closing. One additional hour can be requested at a fee of DKK. 1.600,00

Prices quoted include private banquet rooms, table setting according to your specifications for candle colour, napkins and flower arrangements.
For musical entertainment we can provide anything from a boom box, vocalist, musicians, bands or an entire orchestra. You are also welcome to make your own musical arrangements.

Reservations are valid when accompanied by a deposit of DKK 1.500,00

Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, deposits will only be returned if the facility is rented out during said time period.
Terms of Payment are upon delivery of services unless otherwise agreed upon previously. Payment can be via cash, check or DanishVisa/Dancart. Credit card payment for banquet facilities is not accepted.

Guest Number- Number of guests must be finalized and communicated no later than one week prior to the event (minimum twelve).Guest cancellations less than one week will be charged for food but not beverages.
We will make every attempt to fulfill special needs and wishes for your arrangement. Facilities can be shown seven days a week after an initial telephone reservation is made.

Double rooms booked for group arrangements include breakfast buffet and receive a special rate of DKK 700.00
Single rooms booked for group arrangements include the breakfast buffet and are rated at
DKK 575,00
Additional fees for overnight guests are
DKK 29,00 per person.
