New Year's Menu 2011 - 2012

Open bar from 3:00 pm (only for guests who stay for night)

3:00 - 4:30 pm : Coffee/tea with homemade cake

6:00 pm Aperitif -Kirsch Royal

6:20 pm  Four Course New Year’s Menu includes wines ad libitum and dessert wine

10:00 pm  Dancing to our four piece live house band playing tunes from the 70’s – 80’s – 90’s

Appetizer:

Shellfish cocktail served on salad

First Course:

Smoked Greenland Halibut served on marinated herbs

Main Course:

Whole roasted Tenderloin served with pepper sauce,vegetables and potato rösti

Dessert:

Nutbasket with icecream and exotic fruits

Coffee / tea  and cognac/ liquor after dinner

Followed by open bar (soft drinks, beer, wines and spirits)

Midnight  Champagne and Royal Marzipan Crown Tower Cake

Midnight Snack:

2:30 am Muhroom Soup with home-made baguette

2:30 am  Bar Closes

Processing fee DKK. 55,00

We can offer the above arrangement with an overnight stay including complimentary Full Breakfast Buffet at the following rates:

Price per person in double room accommodations DKK 2.228,00

Additional fees for overnight guests per person DKK 29.00

Breakfast Buffet open 8:30 to 11:00 am.

If you plan to arrive at December 30th 2011 we can offer you a special holiday rate for a  double room including complimentary Breakfast buffet of

DKK  500,00 per person
